We lived in Florida and came to Montana for a visit and decided we wanted to move there.  Coming down for a weekend trip, Tom and Karen found us the perfect home we had envisioned.  Within in 45 days from the time we choose the home to the time we moved in was a great.  Still being in Florida, we left  everything for Tom and Karen to do.  We  ran into a snag with our Mortgage providers, within less than 24 hours they had us set up with another company and we were able to still keep the same closing date.  With the super assistance that they provided,  we were glad to know they were there.  We would not have known how  to have handled the situation.  Living in our home here in Montana for just about a year, we came into some family situation and needed to move back out of state.  With the great experience  we have working with  Tom and Karen, we used them again to help us sell our home.  Stressed and under quit a lot of pressure, we were fascinated by the professionalism of how they took control, marketed our home, staged our home and took over the situation.  In  less than 30 days, not only did they sell our home,  we received our full asking price, and we were already moved out and back home.  We truly admired their dedication, hard work and those long hours.
